I realistically need half an hour walks in the morning for my dog. He's a reactive little Pomeranian but he does have a sweet heart. He needs someone that's vigilant with him because he's mischevious and too intelligent for anyone's own good. I would like someone experienced with small breeds that are kind and patient.
