Jimmy can get by with 2 walks a day...eats 1 to 2 meals a day, always have water available to him. Loves any human who likes him. Not so good with other dogs if bigger than him or a puppy...but walks well on a leash and can be talked through any unpleasant encounters but keep him at a distance. He's 22 lbs, cute and affectionate. Will bark when he gets startled or hears noise outside - otherwise quiet.
