Bathroom Break and a Meal

I need someone to let my puppy and 13 year old dog out. My dog goes on a run in the backyard and my puppy needs to be supervised in the back yard. I would like my puppy to be let out, to be fed, and be let out one more time. Overall, it should take a half hour to 45 minutes at most.
