Pet cat care in house

I would like a pet sitter to come by to do the following:
1. Clean cat litter
2. Check water and food; especially water
3. Let Frisky out for just a few minutes. He is an INDOOR cat but I let him out ONLY when someone is outside with him, just for him to get some fresh air and sit on the driveway a few minutes.
Dates needed: 09/21/2024 and 09/23/2024
Total time: possibly 20-30minutes for entire visit
