Walk a small Shih Tzu

We have a 4 year old Shih Tzu. We need a walker to take him out for a 10-minute walk to use the bathroom. We can make a consistent schedule or schedule as needed. We live in a nice neighborhood with trails near Faulkenburg Rd and 301.
