Dog walking daily for 2 dogs

I have 2 small dogs that need to be let outside for 15-30 min each day. I would prefer time between 9;30and 11:00am. One is a 10 yrs old, 5-pound "Pom, the Other is a 2 yrs old "Cav" and around 18 pounds on pure energy.
