Dog walker for a low energy French Bulldog

His name is Kenny and he does not need to walk very far. We walk him at night and in the morning, however, need someone to take him out and walk him in the middle of the day somewhere around noon or 1pm.
He is a 5 year old French Bulldog. He just needs to be taken out in the middle of the day to avoid any accidents while we are away.
