We have an older (15 years) cat, a Maine Coon mix named Bob, who is extremely friendly and people-focused. Occasionally, both my partner and I have to be out of town, and we'd like someone to stay with Bob, feeding him and tending to his litter box. He does need medication (one dose a day), but it can be done either via pill (he loves pill pockets, luckily) or transdermal cream in his ear. (He doesn't love this, but tolerates it politely.)
