I am new to the DC area. I’m currently and online college student majoring in English Language and Literature with a minor in Creative writing. I worked as an assistant preschool teacher for 2 years working with children ranging from 1 years old to 4 years old, this job included creating and teaching an appropriate curriculum. I have worked at a child care with school age children from ages 4-12. I consistently cared for my two niece’s who are autistic, one being non verbal. I also nannied a 2month old up until he was about 2 years old. I was CPR certified but it recently expired, am happy to get this renewed if required. I do not have a car in the city right now, but will take public transportation but my ideal child and family would be in walking distance of me.
