Hello! I am a nanny with 12 years of experience. I am the youngest child in my family but my mom ran a daycare when I was a child so I have always spent time around children and learning to care for them. I became a nanny because I liked the flexibility the job provides but the more time I spent with children and their families, the more I understood what an important job it is and what joy it brings to form part of someone's childhood and development.
