Hi, my name is Tehya. I was raised in Ohio and recently just moved to Washington. Growing up, my parents owned an in-house daycare so I’ve always been exposed to watching children, which is why it comes second nature to me. I want to work with kids because I think it’s interesting how creative and open minded they are. I appreciate children’s perspectives on life, although people may think we are teaching them, in reality we are learning from each other. In my spare time I enjoy arts and crafts (mainly oil painting), going to the gym, and having game nights with family and friends.
