I am in my 11th year of teaching art. I currently teach 6-8th grade students in Ceramics, Art and Design, and Drawing and Painting. I have raised wonderful twins, and have extensive experience as a nanny and respite care worker with the Navy. While I am passionate about my work, I miss working with younger children. I taught elementary art for 5 years , and I also worked with a Respite Care program with the Navy for families who have children with special needs. In my early 20’s I worked as a nanny in both Connecticut and Sweden. When I worked with Respite Care I brought art supplies and library books for the little ones I worked with.
