Hi! I am a certified elementary teacher, with over 7 years in the teaching field. I have taught second and third grade as well as worked as an assistant in a special needs classroom. I have taught at a missionary school in Hawaii as well as a math and science charter school in North Carolina. I am not currently teaching, but have been working part time as a babysitter for several families. I have cared for a family with two year old twins, a family with three young children, including an infant, and I also care for a group of about ten kids ages 2 to 12, during a home bible study group. I also have experience with my own seven year old daughter, and my second daughter was born may 1st. So, I have very recent experience with newborns. I do not necessarily need to bring my infant to Read more work with me, but if you are open to it, I will. I live in ballard, very close to Adams Elementary. I absolutely love kids, and being outdoors and active with them. I am fairly new to seattle, but I love exploring, and I love that there is so much to do for children here.....
