I grew up in a multi-generational household with a mom who had severe physical limitations. I helped her a lot and realized at an early age that I enjoy helping. I’ve worked with two different pre-teen girls with autism/developmental disabilities as well as an adult man with whom I worked for about 5 years. I gets along well with children and pets. I do have an incredibly sweet dog that I’m training to be a comfort/service animal. My goal is to be able to take her to retirement communities and other places to share her love with those who need it. I enjoy reading (actual books), cooking, gardening, photography, and painting. I’ve loved most of my life in Vermont. I moved to upstate NY and currently do temporary live-in care for a woman who has cognitive decline. I’ve always wanted to move to Southern California and am ready to relocate Read more as soon as possible. Thank you for reading and considering me for your position.
