Aciela has been a regular caregiver for my boys (now 3 and 2) since they were born (three years). She is the kind of caregiver I hope to be one day. She has a gift for it - even when the boys were babies, I'd walk in and find her conversing with them. She understood them somehow. After her visits, the boys are always so happy - they have been cared for, understood, engaged with. I'd trust her in an emergency, I'd trust her to care for them in a foreign city, I'd trust her in an emergency. I'm very overprotective; when I leave her in charge, I know everything will be okay. She has extensive knowledge of how to look after babies and children, and more than that, has a sort of intuitive gift for it. Her own children are articulate, loving and very responsible. Take her while you can get her.
