Hi I’m Kate and have years of experience with kids of all ages! Born and raised in Dallas, TX. In a Christian family of 9 who I’m very close to! I have 16 nieces and nephews and play very vital roles in all of their lives. I have run my own daycare certified by the state of Nevada, had an RBT license to work with kids with Autism I let expire so that I could work with medically fragile kids. I was also a substitute teacher of all grade levels. I have a nephew with Down syndrome who would only let me watch him his first 5 years! This past two years I lived in Salem, OR. Caring for a little 5 yr. old boy with a tracheotomy and a G/J tube for feeding and medications. I cared for him 11 hours a day and occasionally overnight meeting all of Read more his medical and physical needs, taking him to and from school all of which I had to have background checks and approval for. I worked for New Horizons and am certified CPR and First Aid with trachs, infant,child, and adult. I fell in live with this family right away and during my time the family welcomed another baby boy that I often got to care for as well, giving me lots of newborn experience! I still keep in contact with this forever family I live so dearly and am looking for that here. My wife and I just got stationed here with the Navy as she is a Hospital Corpsman. I have my own car and open availability to meet most needs. I’m very clean and organized, great at multitasking, and caring for multiple kids as well as the home. I’ve never been late to work and have morals and character you can count on. I’d love to find a family or many to put my heart into. I can provide more references upon request as well. My driving badge wasn’t approved because of a red light ticket in 2018 that is paid and there were no other consequences. This is the only ticket I’ve received in 23 years of driving.
