Hi, there I’m Baylie! I am 22 and Utah native. I always grew up with tons of animals, believe it or not, I had 7 at one point. I love being outside learning and experiencing new things. I am very extroverted so I love to be busy. I started babysitting when I was 13, by the time I was 17 I had a full-time nannying job for a family in the neighborhood. I loved playing and doing new things with the kids. We often went swimming. In high school, I was swim instructor and lifeguard which gave the parents peace of mind. I then started a seasonal nannying job for a family in Reno. One of the kids was a 3-month-old baby so the other child and myself did a lot of arts and craft we often cooked together and played outside. I have experience in pet care also, I Read more worked for of dog boarding facility for over a year which gave me the necessary skills to work with animals. I love working with children because watching children grow and develop new skills is an amazing thing to be a part of.
