Hey! My name is Ash and Im currently married and looking to offer child care. I have been a care taker for my own family, over the past 3 years. I have most experience with the age range of 1-10. Beforehand, I was an RBT at Breaking Barriers Therapy services. I specialized in working closely with young children by carrying out behavior plans that fit to their specific needs. I used evidence based techniques to support and address challenging behaviors and reinforce positive behaviors. My strengths are my high emotional intelligence, learned skills of communication through my behavioral therapy work, and capacity to take care of children while implementing positive emotional regulation, and a safe space for those I nanny. I also can drive to and from places, cook, and pick up around the house.
