I am 23 years old and I just graduated from college. I got an Associates Degree in Arts and Teaching. This means that I took some education classes. My goal is to get a bachelors degree in Special Education. I consider myself a respectful, responsable, honest, patient, creative and active person. I have always loved being around kids. I have been a nanny and babysitter since I was 15 years old. I have worked with different families and cultures. I also volunteer at a rehabilitation center for children with disabilities for over 3 years. I love babysitting because kids make me happy. I enjoy spending time with them and teach them new things. But the best part is to see how the apply the things they learned from you in their own life. . If the position is still available I would love to work with you!

Honest review for parents and Ale herself.. My job posting was for a Part time Nanny. It said part time in the title, description and was communicated throughout messages as well. At some point during our back and forth discussions, Ale mentioned she wanted full time and therefore would look for part time work on the weekend since my job was clearly for part time as well. Okay no problem. She is an adult and can make her own decisions. Or so I thought. My kids and I absolutely adored her. She is bilingual and that’s a huge plus for me. She has a very calm and sweet demeanor and I interviewed her over an hour asking all the questions she checked all the boxes. Except one. She ended up quitting 3 minutes before she was supposed to be at my house! She worked with us for a total of 7 days. The night that ended up being her last night, she told me how glad she was that this was working out for all of us. Her words not mine. So imagine my confusion when she texts me at 8:57 saying her family is mad saying she needs to focus on school but she says she also needs more work, so she is looking for extra work so she can keep working with me, but also I can find someone else if I want too…. I’m sorry what?!? I asked her to call me so we could figure something out, no response and 3 days later here I am writing this review because as awesome as she might be, one of the most important things you need in a nanny or babysitter is DEPENDABILITY. I explained to her from the beginning how important communication was to me and how willing I am to work with her my husband even gave her extra money and we had multiple opportunities coming up for extra hours. Point blank she should have never applied for this part time job knowing it wouldn’t meet her needs. Now back to the drawing board for me. So do with that what you will. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old. And just recently started working again. That’s why I needed her. And now I’m in a pickle because I have to find someone else quickly ?
