Pros: very hard worker, great at taking direction, nice, responsive via text, cooks pretty well, thorough. Cons: doesn’t come off as very nurturing, ghosted us Overall: unfortunately, Lexi had a personal family issue, and after, simply stopped responding to us and just did not show up for work. That made for a very challenging situation given that my husband and I both work full-time and part-time jobs. Despite that experience with her, we found her to be hard-working and could be a good fit for a lot of families, just not us.
