I will not be offering her another job opportunity watching my children. I posted a last minute job opportunity, she accepted we even discussed pricing. I even went as far as to go up on my normal pricing because I knew it was last minute. She let me know the pricing was good for her. I then sent her my number and thanked her for accepting my last minute post. & I never got a response from her after this message. Fast forward to 15 min before she is scheduled to arrive I decide to call her and ask her if she’s on her way, she tells me no and that she wrote me back saying that she couldn’t take the job but I have no message saying anything of the sort. There were many of other candidates I could have went with but I decided on her. Big mistake, a huge waste of time. Extremely poor communication. And will never attempt to book her again.
