Hello! My name is Peyton and I recently graduated from UTA in December with a degree in exercise science. During my time at UTA, I worked on a research project where I traveled around the US testing the motor skills of children with apraxia. This allowed me to work with families of several different backgrounds and was a great learning opportunity. Before my internship mentioned above I worked as a site aide and lead coordinator for an after-school program for 3.5 years with a group of 40 children aged 4-11. We taught math, science, reading, and of course arts and crafts! I have consistently babysat throughout my high school and college years and would love to continue doing so to save money for grad school to become a pediatric occupational therapist!
