I am a Agriculture Education major at Trinity Valley Community College, and I work as a early development teacher at Cadence Academy working with pre-toddlers (18-24 months). My career path began in high school where I participated in the Future Farmer’s of America (FFA) program at North Forney High School. I competed locally, regionally, and statewide in various livestock shows with various breeds of animals. My biggest success and accomplishments were obtained with my shorthorn heifers, where I obtained Grand Champion recognitions. I was also the Sentinel of my FFA Chapter and an office aide for the high school front office. I gained a strong interest & passion for teaching as well as helping others develop their own success while assisting in animal clinics, leadership development events, & regional show clinics. While in high school I provided babysitting services to earn additional funds to support my animal projects. I have Read more prior child care experience with other sitter services. Additionally, I performed clerical/office needs for our family friend’s business “Credit Diva of Dallas” to aide in with my projects. I love animals & children, my dream career is teaching Agriculture. The chance to develop children’s love and passion with animals, expand exposure to local FFA programs, and offer scholarships & sponsorships to youth in need.
