I am a Fall 2021 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, taking some time to myself before applying to graduate school in the future (at least 3-5 years away). During this time, I’ve worked as a part-time, long-term nanny to a 3-4 y/o and occasional sitter to kiddos from the ages of 7mo-4yr. I also briefly volunteered in a position with youth in Travis County, specifically with children in the 6-13yr age range. My main goal is to provide support to the family I work with as the kiddos grow and develop their skills and interests. Getting to witness the milestones and be along for a part of the journey is something I don’t take for granted!
