Hi, my name is Ellen and I'm 23 years-old. I already take care of two lovely girls with ages 5-8, but I also have experiences with different ages. I also do some babysitting for the neighbors and took care of a 1-4 years old besides my experience with kids in my home country. I love kids and learn a lot with them. But each parent has their own way to raise their kids, so I always asks them how and what them want me to do or deal with this kids and I will respect that. I also like to give the parents notes of what the kids did during the day and give them some advice from the training I had before I came to the US, and ask them if them want me to apply it or not.
