I started nannying when I was about 16. Even at a younger age I knew the responsibilities of what it was like to have a kid. You aren't just a nanny for some child. You're their caretaker. You supply their needs: diaper changes, feeding, clothing, and even learning activities and normal need to know fun kind of activities. You not only communicate with the children but you bond with them. You give them the mother nature of someone who loves them but who isn't always with them like their parents. You give them the ability to learn to be loved and cared for by others when their parents cant be there for them when they are out working to provide for them. It gives the children a sensibility of how others should be cared for and vise-versa, how you should care for them.

We encourage parents to conduct their own screenings using the background check tools. See what each of the badges covered, or learn more about keeping your family safe by visiting the Trust & Safety Center.
