Hello!! My name is Ashton and I am 23 years old. I have lived in this area my entire life, except when I left for 3 years to attend MTSU. During that time was my first time working in a daycare, specifically in the infant/nursery. I LOVED IT! I love to watch babies grow into their little personalities and watch them hit all of their milestones. I acquired a lot of parent and provider communication experience in that job. I was there for about a year and a half before I took a job closer to my apartment in Murfreesboro in the medical field. I have babysat since I was 15 years old and have many references upon request. I have babysat children from 6 weeks-10years old. Most recently I have been a part time nanny to a sweet little girl from 3 months - current (20 months) and it Read more has been awesome watching her, caring for her, and seeing her experience new things! I have worked with mom on all things baby the last 17 months. Anything from breastfed to formula fed, introducing solids, working on sleep schedules, aiding in documenting what baby ate and trying new skin care options mom was introducing to help with severe eczema, learning to say words, and most recently getting ready to potty train. I am very passionate about communication and family based care!
