I have experience with kids ranging from the age of newborn to 16 years old. I served in my church's newborn nursery for approximately 3 years. I was a nanny for several years. I worked for a family with two boys who were at the ages of 2 and 5 when I started, and I was with them for a couple of years. The next family was with a newborn baby girl. Her mom and dad said she had never taken to somebody as fast as she had taken to me. I was with them for roughly 4 years until the mom decided to stay at home. The next family was for a set of twin girls who were about 1 years old when I started. I was with that family for about 3 years. During this time, my husband and I adopted a 5 year old boy. Who is Read more now just about 16 years old. He had medical issues that needed almost 24 hour supervision. Going through this adoption and having my son for over 10 years has given me experience dealing with several different medical conditions. I love working along side a family to help raise their little ones and make sure they get the best care that they deserve.
