My name is Jani Blackshear. I’ve been working in the childcare field since I was 15 . I am currently 19 years old. Ever since I was little I would job shadow teachers and Oakland elementary because I then knew I wanted to work with kids . Once I turned 15 I started working at discovery art work I absolutely loved it !!! Once I got to high school (west Ashley high) I took a child development class all 4 years of high school . I learned so many things from the development of a newborn baby to children in k-12. Into my junior year I worked with kaleidoscope for ccsd absolutely loved it .
