Hi! My name is Tristan–I'm a musician and social work student, and I have experience both as a childcare provider and a companion for adults with disabilities. When I was 12, my sisters had their first two kids, and in the 18 years since I've helped look after my now eight nieces and nephews, from diapers to driving lessons. I've worked 2 years at a Boys & Girls Club (in Rhode Island), and another couple years at various schools. I also spent 2 years as a one-on-one, direct support professional for a young woman on the autism spectrum. All these experiences have been blessings, and I'm looking to add more! In the past, families have appreciated that I'm very accepting and easygoing, while still being a responsible adult who takes care seriously.
