Hi, I'm Maya Clifton! I am 22 and a graduating Psychology major and Education minor at Wheaton College in Massachussets. I am CPR certified as well as fully vaccinated. I have years of experience working with toddlers and school-aged children, and I've always found joy in teaching children and being a mentor to those younger than me. I love playing with children and watching their faces light up when they discover something new. I also have a car, a clean driving record, and am willing to run errands or take kids on fun trips! A little about my experience: Starting in middle school, I tutored other kids in math and writing, and in high school, I volunteered at William D'abate elementary school, helping out in the classroom. I also sometimes babysat my toddler cousin. In college, I have worked at the Little Lynx summer camp for kids aged 3-6 at Read more Lincoln School, have spent a semester volunteering at Head Start, and spent last summer in the classroom of Asa Messer as a youth worker for preschoolers, creating fun enrichment activities for the kids. Also, as part of coursework for my Education minor, I have worked with a preschool near Wheaton. Needless to say, I have a lot of experience with children!
