Hey there! My name is Amanda, but most people call me Mandy (or Giggles). I have been a full time Pastry Chef for the past six years and have dedicated over half of my life to baking. My two passions in life are baking and children. I dream of combining my two passions by owning a bakery/ice cream shop that holds weekly classes to teach kids how to bake.
