I have been fortunate to work with the same couple who reside in Phoenixville since 2000. I started when their eldest was 9 months ,she's a nurse now.Two years later they had another daughter who just finished College and 3rd daughter ,16 now,was born 7 years later. I cared for the girls like they were my own daughters. I love these young ladies very much. Aside from giving them love and total care, I took them to and from school when they didn't take the school bus,to and from sports practices as well as to friends' homes and other activities . I grocery shopped, did some cooking and light house cleaning and cared for the dogs (I'm comfortable with dogs). Nowadays,It's only the youngest daughter who lives at home and will be getting her Driver's permit soon. I work part-time for the couple now,basically light housekeeping, occasionally prep and cook Read more dinner and care for their 2 dogs. At times,I house sit and dog sit when they're out of town and can't take dogs with them. I am originally from the Philippines, and practiced Nursing for 2 years there. In the past,I took a CPR training with Red Cross in Philadelphia and although that was years ago,I would know how to do CPR . I consider myself a second mother to these 3 girls/ ladies. I was with them as they were growing up spending 8 hours or more each day,5 days a week. I lived in Phoenixville when I first got to the US and moved to NJ after a few years. And when I did,every day for several years I was driving between Phoenixville and NJ . To make it easier for me,the couple made their guest room my bedroom and I lived with them from Monday till Friday evening. My husband and I have been residing in Phoenixville for 3 years now. Meeting and eventually working together would be better than just me writing about my babysitting experiences and you reading my narrative. You can depend on my loyalty,honesty and dependability which I believe has been proven and continue to prove with the family I have been with since 2000. They are my family. (Aside from my husband,I have a son who's married and has a 4year old daughter,Im a grandmother now, and another adult son also residing in PA.) Thank you for reading my narrative.
