I am 26, have an associate degree in behavioral health/human services. I am currently working on a degree in Speech Pathology. have worked and volunteered at the Main Line Art Center in various art therapy classes with autistic kids and teens; I have babysat since the age of 12. I have provided a lot of hands on care to my niece and nephew at different stages of their lives (the oldest is now a toddler.) I've also been an after care counselor at the Main Line Art Center. I would be responsible for watching about 6, high-energy kids on my own, who needed constant entertainment and attention. I also was a part-time nanny/babysitter for another family 4 times a week with a 3 month old, 20 month old, and 7 year old for 7 months. In addition to this, I was a volunteer in Israel who tutored and taught refugee Read more children in Tel Aviv. I am from Lower Merion and currently reside in West Chester. I have experience with kids aged from infant to 7 years old but my favorite age is infant to a 3 really :-) In addition, I worked in a nursery/preschool for 10 months as a teaching assistant providing care to 9 babies at a time aged 3 months to 18 months. I have references as well. I do have a car and drive so transportation won’t be a problem for me. I am just a student looking for some part time work to get my little dose of baby time because they really do have a way of brightening people’s days :-) I am vaccinated as well and covid-cautious. My dream is to be a speech pathologist one day and work with infants/toddlers in early intervention, feeding/swallowing, or maybe even the NICU.
