Hi! I’m looking for my next nanny family! I’m currently a full time nanny for a wonderful family in Portland and I absolutely adore them. I’ve been with them for about a year and a half. They’re transitioning their toddler into preschool in October. While leaving them is so bittersweet, I’m looking forward to meeting my next nanny family! A little bit about me: I’m 22yrs old, I’m located in Wilsonville but willing to travel for the right fit. I became an aunt at 11, so babysitting was always my duty when it came to my nieces and nephews. I had several babysitting jobs including overnights, out of state trips, etc. while in high school and college. I then worked as a part-time nanny for a few years when I finally transitioned into a full time position in May of 2021. I have worked with children ranging in ages newborn Read more - 12 years old. I have also worked with children on the spectrum, and children with ADD/ADHD. My nannying approach is very hands on, my nanny kiddos and I go to parks daily, do arts and crafts, and age appropriate learning activities! I believe in taking the time to discuss and understand the child’s emotions, and where their outbursts, or big feelings are stemming from. Being a nanny is the best, most rewarding job I have ever had. I am fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 and I am willing to follow any precautions your family follows. In my free time you can find me spending time with my fiancé, and our adorable 11 month old chocolate lab. We enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and spending time with family and friends on the weekends. Currently I’m looking for a full-time temporary position starting at the end of October, that has the possibility to be long term. I would like to discuss that during our first conversation! My rate starts at $23-27 per hour depending on ages and number of children, as well as what duties I will be responsible for! I have many references and letters of recommendation, upon request!
