Hi my name is Rainee. I am a Chef with passion for heath, nutrition & wellness; focusing on immunocompromised individuals and people who have specify dietary needs. I myself have some allergies and understand the difficulties of living with them especially with it comes to food. To be transparent my experience is through my own siblings.
