I am a 23 year old female college student pursuing a career in nursing. I am looking for a genuine and kind family to work for. I first started babysitting for families at my church when I was 12 years old and continued to babysit for several years. During the summers in high school I volunteered as a summer camp counselor at a children's museum. More recently, I was a swimming lesson instructor for 4+ years (all ages from 6 months through adults). And, last school year and summer I worked as a nanny full time. I am also a certified lifeguard (5+ years) so I am certified in and have had lots of experience with first aid and CPR situations. If money was not a factor, I would without a doubt choose being a preschool teacher. I genuinely enjoy spending time with and teaching children.
