Summer is just extraordinary. Our family feels lucky that we were able to find such a wonderful sitter. Summer is always professional, punctual, kind, and extremely well versed in caring for out little one. Without a doubt, my daughter is in safe hands and she is always finding new ways to play with our child.

Summer was wonderful with our 4-year-old son with Autism. She has experience working with children on the spectrum, and that put my heart at ease. It is so hard to find someone that understands Autism and the various behaviors that can manifest in children who are experiencing sensory processing disorders and such. She also was very mindful of his food allergies. She found fun, sensory-seeking things for him to do (like jump on a trampoline!), and he really enjoyed getting to play there. I would absolutely recommend Summer if you are looking for a sitter for your child with ASD. I know how it's ten times as nerve racking to trust someone to watch them as it is with a neurotypical child. Things like food stuffing, and no sense of danger. Things that you are worried a sitter won't know to watch for. Well, Summer does and she really gets it, and she absolutely has my trust, respect and gratitude.

We had an excellent experience with Summer! She watched my 4-year old daughter who has an ASD diagnosis and is usually acts very clingy to me around new people, but she felt comfortable with Summer almost immediately and when I came back home my daughter was laughing and in the best mood! She is professional, warm and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a dependable sitter but especially if you have a child on the autism spectrum because her experience in this area means she is familiar and knowledgeable about techniques and tools used in ABA (behavioral therapy), speech therapy, and occupational therapy. That was hard to find and now that we did, we look forward to continue hiring her in the future!
