Hello! I'm an experienced preschool teacher and student studying Early Childhood Education at Lane Community College. I have five years of paid child care experience working with children between 9 weeks and 12 years old. Two of those years were in infant & toddler classrooms, so this is the age I am most comfortable with. However, I don't mind taking care of older children. I'm currently enrolled in the Oregon Department of Education's Central background registry, and my acceptance letter can be provided upon request. I've had the pleasure of working at local child care centers in Eugene, such as New Dream Child Care Center, and now work at Little Hoots Child Care Center. I love caring for younger children, especially exploring creativity with them such as reading books, painting, crafting, or making music! I visit the local library frequently and would be more than happy to bring books or Read more art supplies to explore reading & art with them.
