Hello! I have been working with children for around 5 years. It all started in 2017 when I was hired at the Mustang Town Center as an after school counselor where I was responsible for 10+ school-aged children until their parents picked them up after work. During this time I assisted with their school work, and supervised play, which was tons of fun! When the school year ended I decided I wanted to teach kiddos how to swim. So I got certified in CPR, First aid, and water safety instruction. Then I taught infants (3mo to 24 mo), young children (2 to 4yrs), and school aged children essential water safety skills and I also got my Lifeguard certification along the way. When the school year came around I continued to be a After school worker and also got a new job in the town center working with children 6mo to Read more 8 years old. Ever since that point I have been doing the same few things, childcare during the school year and teaching children how to swim in the summer. But now that the school year is quickly ending I decided I should continue doing what I love the most instead of returning to the pool and that is childcare! I am super energetic, almost as much as the kiddos. I love to do arts and crafts, silly science experiments, and obviously love to swim. I have tons of experience helping kids with course work. I am super nurturing and know just what to do if your child gets hurt or is sick. I can provide a safe, supervised, fun environment for your children ! Thank you!
