I feel that my life experience as a special needs parent and single parent has gifted me with exceptional skills in time management, organization, working under pressure, and being adaptable. I have always been exceptionally efficient and often go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that every child's individual needs are met. I always strive to find the best way to nurture the learning process for all students. As the parent of special needs children and special education teacher and tutor, I have a passion for ensuring that all individuals have an amazing experience tailored to their needs and expectations. In addition to my personal qualities & experiences, I am passionate about excelling in my given role and am a motivated employee. I have been certified in special education mild to moderate disabilities and Read more First aid and CPR. My past experience reflects my dedication to growth and success. I have 10 years of experience in Administrative Assistance and 8 years experience in education. More than once in previous roles, management complimented me on my willingness to adapt, pivot, and assist in tasks or roles that were not in my job description. I enjoy working with children, watching them learn and grow, and contributing to their happiness. I also have mastered patience, understanding, and adaptability.
