Hi everyone! I just moved back to Columbus from spending a year abroad in Australia. For nine of the twelve months that I was away, I was a live in nanny to two children, ages two and four. The parents were both established in their respective careers so my day began at 7:30 am upon waking the children up for their scheduled activities and ended when their parents returned home from work at 6pm. As you can imagine I was responsible for almost every aspect of the children's' day such as preparing all meals, bathing/ getting them ready, transporting them to and from all scheduled events, planning additional activities all while keeping up with household chores such as laundry and maintaining overall cleanliness of the home. Prior to moving abroad, I was a full time nanny here in Columbus to a newborn and was with him until he was 6 Read more months old. I graduated from Ohio State in May of 2016 with my Bachelors in Human Development Family Science. Originally from Western NY, its safe to say that my entire family loves Columbus as two of my sisters have also moved here and our parents visit us frequently. Family plays a huge role in my life which is why I know how important it is for you to find a nanny who is the perfect fit for you and your child(ren). A little about my personality, I'd say I'm fun, lighthearted and a little goofy which pairs well with being responsible, taking initiative, and making sure all tasks are accomplished. Other relevant information: I don't currently have a CPR certification however I did life guard for 3 years and following that I was officially red cross certified as a lifeguard instructor. Although it is now expired I still feel confident in my life saving abilities, need be. Currently have open availability as I'm on the job hunt.
