I am Naimah Ervin and my passion is nurturing the lives of infants and toddlers. I have accumulated 12 years of experience, first working at a daycare as an infant teacher. In addition to working as an infant teacher, I enrolled in the Early Childhood Preparation Program. This experience enhanced my knowledge of childhood psychology, while giving me the hands-on experience of working directly at a well respected day care. I graduated from Kent State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Psychology in 2022 After graduation I become a nanny working with various families in need of someone that was compassionate, patient, reliable, nurturing, and gentle with their children. I specialized in planning age appropriate activities for children ages 1 to 3 years old. These enrichment activities encouraged and prepared the infants and toddlers in my care to reach emotional and developmental  levels.
