I lead groups of children safely through variety of camp activities. I collaborate with other camp counselors to design fun and enriching learning activities for campers. I Communicate with parents about campers' activities and reported concerns and suggestions to supervisor. As well as encouraged team performance to create a fun and safe environment for the campers.
