I began working in daycares about 10 years ago caring for infants through young school age children. From there, I became a classroom teacher assistant and eventually a lead teacher about 3 years ago. I have worked in various childcare settings including mommy and me classes, childcare centers, preschool, in-home daycares, dance classes, birthday parties, and years of babysitting. I am comfortable caring for all ages as I have experience with newborns through preteens. I am CPR/First aid certified and have many training hours obtained by the child care council and other programs, as well as finishing my CDA credential this year. I also have a 4 1/2 year old daughter of my own :)
