Meet Jasmine

• Comfortable with pets

As the eldest of 5 children, I've had much experience all age ranges. I've cleaned bottles, burped distance spit-up kids, changed diaper disasters, bounced and sung to small night-owls, helped with potty training, cleaned up boo-boos, diffused tantrums, delegated who gets the wii first, burned fingertips on hot-glue helping with projects, the works. In addition to the lifetime of experience with the care of my siblings, I also volunteered at the church nursery, provided child care for mom groups, and babysitting services to family friends. What I lack in professional experience I make up for with my work ethic and firm commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment for a child. I believe in encouraging a curious mind and imagination, I'm able to go toe to toe with the many "why?"'s that come in the younger years with patience and encouraging educational investigation. I'm not "too cool" to wear Read more a silly outfit, pretend to be a dinosaur, sing the mother Gothel parts watching Tangled, or get my butt kicked at most (all) sports by children. I know my way around a kitchen and am comfortable preparing food that has to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. Strange but true, I'm construction industry OSHA certified so I'm also very handy around the house!
