Hello! My name is Ella, and I’m a 22 year old lover of musical theater and grilled cheese sandwiches. Aside from my aforementioned passions, I’m also incredibly passionate about working with children! I became a camp counselor and assistant teacher at Artistree Performing Arts in Westchester, NY at a young age, and from there my enthusiasm for childcare only grew. After pursuing my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology at Lafayette, I embarked for Bangkok, Thailand, where I’m currently teaching English to 1st graders! I’ve been here for 9 months and plan to stay through September 2024. I’ve loved learning with all of my amazing students, but after working with 4 classes of 40 youngsters, I’m ready to forge a more individual relationship with families. I am available to begin in early October and am looking forward to meeting your family!
