I'm currently an Assistant Director at an Afterschool Program (full-time) and I've worked 18yrs in the NYC Board of Education in the Special Education Department. My experience in different childcare settings have allowed me to adopt vast cultural experiences and developed a strong advocacy disposition and passionate feelings about the services that students require. I also enjoy watching children grow and learn, helping them as they grow and face new challenges in school and life in general.
