My name is Shannon and I have been babysitting and nannying since high school, but started taking it seriously when I moved to NYC for college.  I have au pair experience, volunteer experience as well as babysitting and nannying experience both full-time and part-time.  I absolutely adore children and enjoy their company.  I can cook, and tutor children to the best of my ability.  I speak Spanish and English.  I love all pets and have two cats myself.  I love taking the children to the park or out for an afternoon stroll, but I also love playing board games or cards.  I prefer to do educational and productive activities with the children.  I'm no to low screen time! If I do work, I will have to bring my toddler along who is so sweet and playful and loves to jump right into whatever we are doing! I was lucky enough to go back to work after my maternity leave, but now the boys I watched are in full time school! I am great with multiple children and can balance everything very well. I would prefer something local so that my boyfriend can pick up our son after 4pm when he gets home from work. I know this situation won't be ideal for everyone and that's okay! I have over 15 years of experience and countless references to back up my abilities!
