Since my girl scout troop led classes on babysitting, I’ve found much happiness in spending time and caring for children. I enjoyed various long-term babysitting roles throughout high school & college, from which I graduated with a degree in Psychology with a focus on Developmental Psychology. After graduation I moved to DC for an internship, and eventually found myself working remotely for a nonprofit and as such was able to transition from babysitter to live-in nanny for one of my favorite families in the world (ages 4mo & 3yo) – during which time I assisted with sleep training, woke with the kids, provided enriching & educational activities including reading, crafting, play-acting, cognitive focused games, exploring nature & lots of giggling. I also supported with meal prep, laundry, cleaning & whatever else I could to ensure the household was running smoothly & full of smiles. I also was lucky enough nanny Read more for a wonderful family in Buffalo, NY several years later (ages 9mo & 4yo), providing similar support & I truly treasured every moment. I'm a hardworking, outdoorsy and goofy sitter with nutritional training who's writing a children's book and honestly just thrilled to be in beautiful Colorado!
